So we gonna start this shit up for MTA so I updated some stuffs:
- new logo and more PtPM artwork (lol)
- updated forum software to SMF 1.1.9
- anti-spam bot mod, so people can register again without admin permission. If you run SMF yourself you should really check this mod: http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=1812 It works really well.

Okay cool. Does MTA have lots of players now or something?

Also I think the logo could use a little work. The paint filter looks a little weird. But really that is not at all a huge deal. In fact, forget i said that.

no but yeah but no i wanted to make something else first, black white shit and so. then i thought this was kinda funny because the black bg looks a bit like an alien. photoshops autoselect works worse than  i expected, it works great on photos but it sucks here. of the small thing i had to make four versions because it had a bit blue on it when you exported it to png, it was ok in psd format.

There's a lot more than there was before. I'm admin on the Gamenet.fi server and that regularly gets like 40 players at a time. Btw - this ain't advertising. It's stating fact.

Well that certainly is an encouraging fact.

I do enjoy MTA, but I hope SAMP gets a bit more of a comeback sometime. But I guess there's not much you can do.

I used to like SA-MP but I prefer MTA because you can do much more with it. When MTA 1.0 comes out (and that won't be too long now), it will completely blow SA-MP out of the water. ;)

Okay maybe, but I still prefer SAMP for nostalgic reasons. I also for some reason prefer the SAMP interface. I have no clue why, because it seems more clunky, but again its probably for nostalgia.

I hope people keep playing some form of multiplayer San Andreas for a long time.

Yeah I actually prefer the SA-MP browser server. With MTA you have to go through all the loading screens before you get to the browser, but with SA-MP you can see all the servers and then sit through the loading screens after you've chosen which server. But in terms of functionality I think that MTA when 1.0 comes out will be better and for that, I hope more people start playing it. :)

is there an mta ptpm beta going on?  The heli grab looks good, all thouse rescue PM from desert in a heli ideas come to mind.  hope to be back playing ptpm soon guys.

Wut's the point. It won't be long till MTA 1.0 comes out so you might as well wait till after it comes out before setting stuff up. :)

well the final version will strip off all new stuff from the nightlies and all other cool stuff and then it will look just like sa-mp.

also theres no beta or some shit but weve got the files to start the server. anyway we have to wait till vatzec to update the server on 8 august because all changes done to files will be reset after it
