Dudes, I don't care if the server will be up or not in the future. What we have had and we still have is a great community that's erected (pun intended) around the game, and it would be a horrible thing to lose this, so regardless whether we're going to play PTPM ever again, please stick around from time to time, subscribe or do other stuff that will keep you connected to the community. Also the word "community" is so cliche, but disregard.

and if something special happens like you're getting married or get kids or have a burrito for breakfast
please post it here with lots of pics because im sure we're all eager to stalk one another

Does it count if I haven't been here in practically decades and none of those new lot will have a clue who I am and the old lot probably won't even remember anyway?
I just found this place after forever when checking an old old e-mail address. So the mode's gone now? I always prefered SA:MP anyway and hadn't ever played this on MTA. Good times though, good times.

The mode isn't gone, but the server is. There's still both a SA:MP gamemode, and a MTA gamemode, but because MTA:SA has grown better than SA:MP, the PTPM developers decided to focus on MTA instead (which seems generally better).

This obviously doesn't mean that the server isn't coming back, it's just down for now.
