OTTAWA - Morbidly obese people are considered disabled airline passengers, so they will be entitled to two seats on airplanes after the Supreme Court of Canada refused Thursday to consider an appeal by Air Canada and WestJet. The Supreme Court, by convention, gave no reason for its decision.
