IV is greeeaaaaaaaaaat. Felt kinda clumsy to play SA after playing IV a while. Good thing that IV is soon out on PC (and xbox will have that damn dlc which looks awsome >:()

IV is superior.

Better sounds, better cars, better graphics, easy to use cover, multiplayer that doesn't crash every hour and good modes for it.

IV is better, of course, but I don't have the NASA computer needed to play it.

true!!! my GTASA used to crash all the time but i dont think this has ever crashed once on my sexbox + it pwnz for all the above reasons. Overall its better and its coming to PC soon which ofc is good cos for some reason i seem to use PC versions more >_>. Im pretty sure i've nearly got 100% on IV too but i havent played in a while and cba to check  :P

The only problems I've had was it freezing up on the PS3 and some framerate issues, it doesn't lock up enough for me to care though. Maybe once every few weeks if I'm lucky. The framerate issues only come about when there's dozens of cars onscreen on fire, I've only had that happen once while I was camping from the cops in a spot that was out in the open, they only came from one way in their cars and enforcers so they got piled up until I shot at the enforcers with rockets to get rid of the damn NOOSE guys.

san andreas was better, iv is good but im bored of it already, i played san andeas to the death, it was and still is awesome.

GTA IV was great and nice and all, but i felt something was missing, maybe because the GTA SA community was so great, especially PTPM. When GTA IV comes to the pc it will be much better because of the PTPM community.

I just a while ago began using the subway in the city. All the signs there have info which actually is helpful and there's all different lines for different subways like K-line. And then there's those subway tunnels which are soooooo long and kwl places. I love the amount of detail they've put into this game. ;D Gotta check out the alleyways and see if there's also something funky there.

Dude, it's like less than a week it comes out on PC.

GTAIV is technically better, like better graphics, combat and etc.


But San Andreas just has so much more variety, I love it too much.

Played it Yesterday on Xbox at a friend. I really loved it. I think that it is more fun to play a game which has a lot of detail than a very big game (sa) in which you might have a lot of different looking places but never so much to do.
But I will have no sleep until wednesday :P CANT WAIT!

Its like anything, the gaming series is bound to get better, new idea's, more things to do etc.
But obviously, you carnt beat a good bit of san andreas every now and then.

Quad core recommended. They got to be kidding. My AMD 64 single core doesn't stand a chance  :'(

I think GTAIV is overrated and if you haven't played it much you shouldn't say it's good. I was actually a bit disappointed how badly designed the online modes were, except for the free mode. I haven't even had enough stength to complete the boring story yet. I hope it's more customizable when it comes to pc.

I am hyped for the PC release when I get it for Christmas.

I can play it with 1680x1050 resolution..FPS around 20-40

with all the details and textures quality set to low when you can play games such as hl2 ep2 or tf2 at the same res but with high details and more fps.
