how about instead have the pm injected with a serum which causes him to loose health continually.  He gets a lot back by hitting checkpoints (like LV) but wins the game by the last checkpoint (hostpital?).  means you have to stop now and again or die.

other ideas for stopping pm driving round is have driveby zalewbot and slow cars for pm.

Wouldn't a few medics be able to constantly heal him as he drives around? It negates the effect of him losing health if two medics constantly heal him and each other.

I say yes, make a random spwm point at around 12 minutes, and the Pm has to reach it. Good idea ^^
Maybe we can also make a map that is entirely indoors, the terrorists spawm on a roof near that building (pm cannot leave it the building) And the bodyguards and cops have to protect him. The terrors chute/use helicopter to get on top of the building.When the bodyguards/cops protect the PM make it to the 10 minute mark, a door opens to the outside were the PM has to go and drive to the airport to win (terror spawn changes when door opens, somewhere along the road)

How about of the main hideouts there is a checkpoint on them? Like SF, the pm can choose what checkpoint to open up (say he chooses the ship). He has to choose it within 1 minute and it gets shown to everyone when theirs 5 mins left. So t's can camp at it if hes driving around but he can go to it to hideout before hand safely.

not very many have, but once people get to know the layout better it should get easier to figure out suitable tactics

this is a good idea however we should have something to avoid the ptpm racing around in a car waiting for the timer to run out xD

you forgot the tank

U can make a bazooka spawn at terror spot when the pm is to long in the car, tank isn't really fast to catch up...

Also, the bazooka should despawn if pm is out of the vehicle for x amount of time (and bazooka removed from players who hold it.)

wouldnt it be better and easier to give a random terrorist the bazooka ?
